while this can be taken as an option but it cannot be used for all types of devices....in some cases the environment doesnt have possibility to configure BGP at device end due to their network design.

I am referring to interfaces that host IP address. So I would like to alert on these IP addresses. This would happen via ICMP and not SNMP as we trying to check if that IP is responding or not. SNMP will alert on the interface admin and operation staus.

And also on other hand I was working with support on another case where they were suggesting to shrink the databse as they found lot of free space is available from the logs I provided. But almost 52% is free for the netperfmon db when I checked with my DB Team. And also one copy of the business layer.dll file is In place…

HI hanif.solarwinds‌ I ahd raised a support case for this. What they suggested is that there are certain processes which need certain amount of memory and due to this the spikes could be there for a long time. They observed the logs but found no issues.

Hi Craig, I got it resolved. The problem was with custom property part which was involved in second section in my condition. I clubbed it with Node down condition and left the second section condition as it is. now not getting duplicate alerts.

Hi Craig, Thats what i was thinking. I can use "All child conditions must not be satisfied". This should give me alerts only for nodes which are not servers. The other condition for Server is already working where i have custom property tagged for all servers. Yes i did read somewhere about this property but it was not…

HI, Did u find anything in the logs? I came across similar issue where web console was not accessible and then after restarting the server everything was fine.

I have seen this in my instance couple of times...usually its due to the variables not supported for the current version of Solarwinds or an issue with contacting the database...

Its managed by Customer and we are not allowed to use root credentials... how about the issue i have reported? anything you know or other customers reported?

Recently applied hotfix 6 for 11.5.2 and not seen any issues for now... Had lot of memory spike issue which vanished after applying this hotfix so really happy... Incase i come across anything, will post it here....

in VIM.. i have VMAN installed on the core itself. The screenshot is of a a report i was trying to create. I would like to see a report of all VMs- whether its physical or virtual in 1 report which should show me total space assigned, used space and free space.. I did manage to find almost close to requirement in below…
