Not sure then. if the conditions are also set right then it should not tirgger another email. There will be one more setting like 'condition should stay true', something like that in the alert configuration page...

Just got this sorted out 2 days back. Actually there were some polling jobs failing from one Polling engine. I got this information through a query. And then just gave a restart of that polling engine and all got cleared and now no error reported.

I have raised the case with Vendor. Will let u guys know what they reply.

I m running on UDT 3.2.2.

just an update... i did follow the setting of enabling the TLS which was mentioned in other thread in Thwack... that did the trick of resolving the hardware health polling issue... M still getting it validated with my team and will confirm... Working also with support to understand something more about this...
