check the amount of time it is taking for server to be available post restart. Post restart it would take time to sync also I guess... But ya 8 min is too long....

Hi, Thanks for this suggestion. I dont have engineer tool set installed so cant edit the default trap template. Also need to check if i do send in alert message then will Zenoss be able to read that and convert it to correct severity.
