Great..thanks for confirming this. One more thing... all my scheduled reports and everything will work fine right?

Not sure if that can be changed since your setup is Europe based. Alternative could be: Let the content show the Europe time, but the email itself will have the message time. So no one would need to waste time to think of converting stuff. (I know it would be confusing) I m not aware of any other solution to this. Others…

@"serena" How do i get the Hostname part of the alert for datastore alerts? I dont see any variable listing...
-
we did the test of using severity variable in the alert message and then on ServiceNow the SME was able to put up the rule and make it work... So critical comes as critical and warning and warning....
-
@"rschroeder" Thanks.. let me check as i did not find any way to move ahead
-
checked but not found....
-
its basically the below command which gives a very long output... ssacli ctrl all show From this i need to capture the critical word and alert out of it.. the output of this is not even stored in a file so thats where i m thinking how to get it done...
-

-
let me see if i can get that done...
-

but can he not use default log viewer(when selected during install and which also creates separate DB instance) that comes in with limited features and then create alert out of it?
-
Hi Himanshu, In the alert trigger tab, if we use the snmp trap action type then this can be achieved. In the destination field, you can mention multiple destination address separating with a ','.
-
one more thing. Always on FCI is supported by Solarwinds now right? Or its only Always on AG.
-
1. the server u trying to add is in domain? 2. the account you are using to test the creds, is it part of the admin group? 3. are all the ports showing open?
-
Hi jeilers I would say something similar to that... but each row is not separate poller.. column wise is the separate poller.. But for some reason i am not able to get anything identified...have tried many different ways..
-
hmm..thats strange...so only way would be to delete them if not required...
-
Hi rschroeder Any idea how we can use the Filter node option? I want to use 2 different properties here. One for Machine type as Windows and other is Volume type as Fixed. When I am trying to use both, it gives an error.

Hi Krishna, Fault is not at Solarwinds this time... VMware has a bug in this version and they are yet to confirm on when this would be resolved.. We have our tech team who had raised a case with VMware regd this as they are also not able to see hardware sensor details in Vcenter...

Ok...No issues...:-)
