Users are part of the same admin group and I observed that each time he was having an issue he was using the same login credential as other admins. As part of being admin, we do have access to other AD groups as well. Both the users having an issue do not have a SQL account on the box, and every admin can log in via AD…

The user is part of the same group as other admins.

Hi dcornell, Can you please share the stored procedure to mute/unmute the devices.

I checked the link Success Center but there should be some way to get it. I tried F5 views provided and added the widget but it is not alerting on them. Maybe I am missing something.
-
I updated it still not able to see the alert name under the widget: All alerts this object can trigger
-
F5 check is enabled.

The interfaces have been removed via this solution some time back. But somehow these removed interfaces are still showing up in list resource page, and also in node details page.
-
There were some other network devices out of our scope .... we had to reach them to stop sending the syslog to our server.
-
Yes, I did. The interface is not ticked, I tried to change the polling engine, rediscovered and re polled many times. while I see it in list resource, When I see it from manage node, it is not visible in interface drop down. But still showing critical status in node details page.
-
Thanks for the quick response. I have not created any alert for syslogs. but some devices are sending syslog data to NPM, so it is not visible in alerts but visible under syslogs sub-menu under alerts and activity.

Hi rschroeder, This has worked for me as well in the past. I have created a new box and using the old hostname and IP to install the application and getting the above-mentioned errors. Luckily got support on call, who shared the link for the port requirement and left away since his shift was over and nobody joined later.…

While trying to install via 12.1 installer getting following error:

HI aLTeReGo, I tried this way as well again getting the same error.

Hi dquerry, Do you remember how the issue got fixed ?

Thanks conguir

Thanks for the quick reply rschroeder, I've 3 APE, not far apart so low latency and resources are enough. In my previous assignments it was more then 6 hours, but I found that recent version after NPM 12.0 installation and upgrade time has been reduced much. Waiting for someone who has upgraded to NTA 4.4

Thank you, KMSigma
