I'm not actually seeing my product on the list of solarwinds products. I am using N-Central to monitor POS systems, printers, and workstations.

Thank you, i appreciate you giving me a link. I would not have know about that. Every time i googled something to do with solarwinds, it always sent me to thwack.

The problem is, that the nodes are up, just getting packet loss notifications. I do not have a problem getting into them remotely, but they are always showing a packet loss failure.
