Thank you for your help :) Found the issue I just moved over to AD authentication. The tabs selection was set to "admin" for all for tabs in the settings... Any Who its fixed and everyone is happy. Thanks again :)

Thanks. I have OID's for Dell Servers, Procurve Equipment, WeatherGoose, APC and some other. I have always had issues with the DELL OID's some work for certain models and others wont its a real pain.

APC reports runtime in 1/100th of a second so 29 minutes is reporting as 17000.00

We have purchased Cirrus so I can get into the portal but we only have the Eval of Orion so it say we don't have a valid orion maint agreement. Is there anyway to get ahold of it for testing?

They are all Dell Servers with SNMP enabled its kind of querky it pulls fine on a few but not on the majority. Right now I am going thru one by one(not the end of the world). Our servers are Dell PowerEdge 2800's. Thanks :)

All services are running. I completely remove the site re-ran Config Wizard and recreated the entire site. All four tabs still take me to the same screen?? I have can access the applications b/c I have a tree listing on the home page same with the VM systems. Does anyone know the url those tabs are supposed to redirect to?

Having trouble finding it, but continuing to look. Found it Looonnnngg ago. Just frustrated b/c we have such a large Procure presence and I always run into this with all Solarwinds products. Its easy to support cisco. Guess they have more important things to do. PS I've brought this up to support many many many times.…

No they show up under net-snmp i'm sure its b/c they run a linux kernel Is there anyway to fool Orion into giving them a Vendor Label?

I have completely removed and reinstalled all of Orion. The only thing that hasnt changed is the SQL DB. Still I get denied going to the admin tab. I seems the problem is in the database. Any Ideas?
