@"Kita" Yes, the update to 2024.2 resolved our issue with new nodes showing as unknown on the map view in Solarwinds when added to an existing Network Atlas map.

Thank you all for your replies. We had a pending Orion update which we applied and that resolved the issue.

There is data when you go into the node, it’s just not showing on the map in Solarwinds. Only in Network Atlas.

This worked great. I added the following line to add specific nodes. and n.Caption IN ('NodeName1', 'NodeName2', 'NodeName3') -- Replace with the actual node names you want to include I really appreciate your help!

Thank you so much for your help and I will look further into creating maps in…

We only use 1 poller for our entire deployment as far as I am aware. Can I add a 2nd poller for these 2 devices without it affecting the rest of our devices?

I am new to using any map features on Orion. In the past, all I have bene tasked with is adding nodes and adding alerts. I will look into Orion Maps and and see if I can manually define those interfaces so they show up in the NPM Topology widget.
