This is the url of my error: http://127.0.0.1/default.asp and if i use my ip address I get this error message: "The page cannot be displayed", using http://192.168.1.246/default.asp The location of my ftp download is: Evaluation: ftp://ftp.solarwinds.net/Orion/Hotfixes/Orion8.5Hotfixes_Eval.zip thanks!

I spoke to my sales rep at solarwinds and he said that patch should work for production and eval. I originally downloaded the patch to fix my issue during the configuration wizard it stops and displays "cannot update web config.". So this is a seperate issue now after the hotfix. thanks for your responce.

I'm having issues as well. I just installed orion v8.5 for the first time with the new patch that was released last night. When I try to open the web console I just get "The page cannot be found". I hope you'll find some answers to your question cause i think our issue is related....

I downloaded the eval product 2 weeks ago, and applied the new patch that was released yesterday.
