Hi, I've been trying to work out a way of setting up an alert so that instead of sending an email to the team, it sends an SNMP trap to our Netcool system, which in terms auto generates an incident ticket. Hi Yann, Thanks for coming back to me so quickly. I've had a look at the post above, and have come across the same problem as one of the users on there. I'm running v9.1 and and the "SWtoolset.menuOptions" file isn't there. Any suggestions? Phil

Denny, We use Loglogic log management equipment, which run a form of Linux, and so come up as NET-SNMP. Is there any chance of something for these devices? Object ID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.3.2.10 Cheers, Phil
