I'm getting the authfails on a 6509 when NPM Inventory runs. If I do "Edit Node", Validate SNMP, its clean. However, if I do a List Resources, it lists ok, but generates the following: *Mar 2 10:32:57: %SNMP-3-AUTHFAIL: Authentication failure for SNMP req from host 1.2.3.4

I don't see an edit button our our Alert widget, so I am wondering if that is a v9.5 feature. We have 9.0 right now.

if I post the trace data here, will it get indexed by google? I noticed that my switch login and password is in the trace data.

I checked our policycacheresults and it has about 15k rows ConfigMgmtJob.exe was running again this morning, nearly 12 hours since its start. I suspect it does this every day. I am not sure exactly how long this process takes to complete, or if it just burns CPU and memory 24x7 Our platform has under 500 devices

our server had this problem sometime back, v9. The NetPerfMon would stop polling. A stop / start on NetPerfMon did the trick. We haven't had this problem for past several weeks. One thing you can do is setup a tcpdump on a separate server, for ICMP, and then email if its stops seeing pings.
