Hi Alex, the best way to troubleshoot this will be creating some local user with same rights as SEUM-User-x and then try to RDP to this machine as this user. By doing this you should able to determine what permissions are missing.

Timeout should be handled by WPM player itself. Anyway, if you want us to investigate issue, feel free to open support case and provide us with logs, without them it is hard to know what caused your issue.
