BST finishes on the 25th October.

Still not received mine. Took ages going through all the junk mail though. I think I may have contracted a computer virus.

Please don't mention PACS. I have far too many sleepless nights with PACS.

Haven't you got any work to do ? 🤣 Really impressive stuff. Can't imagine the suits I work for appreciating this though. Very dull people.

Same here.

On Tuesday a client (Hospital) read about Citrix Netscaler critical vulnerabilities and immediately powered off the 4 netscalers. No thoughts as to asking us first. We had patched them on the previous Sunday. Now no one could remote in. Not our staff, not the consultants, not anyone working from home. Option 1 - Panic (not…

"Beginning in April" ?

Resolved a sub optimal power input voltage situation using current best practices.

A full zip hoodie in black with discrete branding.

Original backpack. Loved it but it got stolen. I'd really like another.

I'd like to see these back in the store. Mine was great until it got stolen. I'd get one (maybe even 2) if they returned.

IT isn't like any sport. I had to put something so I put Cricket as it just goes on forever, no one understands it except for the ones taking part and there usually is no end result. I suppose I could have put F1 as all I seem to do is go around in circles and there is very little action then a mad panic (pit stop). Or…

Absolutely amazing dashboards. If you haven't seen this you should watch the recording.🥚🍳🥚

Physical event every time. Two days of meeting people I only see once a year but see on line all the time. A great sharing of ideas and stories, getting to talk to the people who know Solarwinds best, a decent lunch (instead of a hastily grabbed manky sandwich at your desk and a few beers in the evening. They were the…

What I would really appreciate is if just once someone would say "Thank You". And free beers of course.

Great that the store is available and I really appreciate all your hard work in getting things back up and running 🤘 but I still can't select any of the MVP stuff. Is there any news on this. I've got points burning holes in my pockets. 🚒

All but three in my opinion. Those three should just be a part of the job.

Never said I was perfect but some people are just a waste of oxygen.

Some deserve a 'red' card. Some a 'yellow' (Red for repeats). For some it might just be kinder to have them put down for their own good. 🤣

Well that's a good start. In all the usual Monday madness I forgot to do the first question. Fortunately the US is still in bed so it is still yesterday for them so I got the question done 'in time'.

Download a MIB decoder and run the MIB for the device through it. If the Serial Number is data that can be collected via SNMP the OID will be in there. Use a custom poller to get it.

What an honour. I'm so proud to have been granted this. Thank you and here's to a great year for all of us Thwacksters.

I had no idea this was even happening so I missed it. I am in a position where I sometimes have to work fixing customer issues and really cannot get onto Thwack every day. This idea of having to log in every day really doesn't work for busy IT professionals. The old way worked. This doesn't. Please have a re-think. The…

I didn't even know the missions were back so missed this completely.

Not working again. Says the OTP is invalid or expired even though it is the one just sent.

Yes. Please bring back the 2 day events. They had a lot more technical stuff. The half day stuff is just marketing.

Proper 2 day in person SWUG please.

I was contracting at a local authority in London. A remote site stopped. We jumped in a car and drove down there. It was a very hot day and we found the site server in a small, non air-conned room in direct sunlight. The case had melted so much that we had to cut it open. Everything was fried. Went to look at a Zilog…

Don't forget it is all FREE. Give them a chance.

We've just had a client get a 150% price increase for licensing and are now looking at alternatives. Well done Solarwinds.
