  • In WHD you can assign alternative locations to Clients. You could assign all rooms from the given location to your teachers (have one primary and rest in section "Other rooms").They can then assign room, but not the location to newly create tickets.

  • OpenSuSE as for sure you know is not supported and I'd love to know how many people is actually running WHD on something unsupported like this, anyone? I would start with troubleshooting of installation and check logs for what went wrong there if anything. Do you see any errors related to Tomcat or something else?
