Go to your client settings and change Location and Room so that they are not required. There is a bug up to and including 12.7.4.85 that if a client field is required and the Room selected can not be saved due to a bug then it loops you back to the profile tab again. Did you get this sorted? What version of WHD are you running? It's worth checking your Action Rules, to ensure they are valid, particular if you have modified Request Types, Custom Fields etc

At the moment there is no option available for QR Codes anywhere within the WHD, I suggest making a feature request with SW. Also voting in the Requested Features section on the forum might help...

These are the options you have to Export the Request Types: Go to Setup - Tickets - Request Types Expand all sub request types, then either copy and paste into a document or take a screen shot Or Using the API to get a list of the all the Request Types Or Look at the DB and run a Query

Define your search query and display your search results, then old down the shift key and click at the top of tick list, and the tick will turn light blue, this will include all pages of tickets. Then export the tickets, by clicking on the Cog and select "Download TSV"

"lacking in functionality" is the right words. None of what your asking is available in the latest version of WHD, so you will need to add a feature request with Solarwinds. I've ask about adding notes to Reservations but that never happened. Good Luck !

For your assets, export to excel document the asset you want to edit. Then go to settings - Data Import - Import Assets. Download the Template. Go to Ticket Search and type "35856-35887" without quotes, within the Ticket number search. It could be that tickets located within a Group that you can't see. Or they have been merged, deleted, cancelled or closed already...

In client interface, while in FAQs, click on Show Details icon on second page of FAQs take you back to page 1. Not fixed in 12.7 RC

If you edit a custom field, you need to be able to save the changes. Save button should save your new note entry too, but that's not been coded that way. ;-(

Additional we use two email address in Secondary Email field, using coma between the emails, but because the email validator won't except it anymore because of the coma, I can't save the profile... !!

No, it's not possible as the Action Rules don't query who did the action only who the ticket is assigned to. Ticket changes are stored in the History, but you can't query the History inside a action rule. You would need to contact Solarwinds and make a feature request.

You can't change the layout of the view and I don't think you can remove the Recipients panel from the tickets.

I have found there are issues generally with exporting large inventories from WHD, I have > 65,000 assets. A lots of case it can bring the server to it's knees. I've had to result in sometimes multiple exports to get the data I needed. Worth generally checking via Admin: Setup\General\Options....Max Search Results to…
