Yes node details for viewing one switch. I have all the default ones showing (and my custom ups one ill have to figure that out). But the custom view i made does not show up. Iv attached pics of the created view and it not showing up.

I was able to stumble through it and was able to create this view. All the info was there it was just very hard to bring it all together. A few days after adding the ups these just started working randomly. Not sure why but I'm happy its fixed.

This is another weird article to me. They go through the steps of checking that winrm is running but then they want dcom running for wmi. winrm isn't dependent on dcom and its kinda the whole point of going to winrm being dcom isn't secure.

Also we tried this method with the trusted host and we couldn't get it working. I also didn't want to use a trusted host as it doesn't seem necessary. I got winrm work though, i can remote shell into the target and pull telemetry it just refuses to work with solarwinds.

WMI is inherently less secure then winrm from what i understand. Also so seems like windows is pushing for more winrm adoption. Iv been working with support to try and get this set up with least privileges and its been a real pain. Still working on it now. Also i have a mix of new servers that need monitoring and older…

Hmm I can check that, but I do believe that a duplex mismatch would throw a different event. I don't believe that these all are bad cables but i guess anything is possible.

So, I'm starting to believe it's a reporting issue because a lot the ports show this kind of up and down activity with out there being any network disruptions all of my polling rates are set to 120 seconds also. Below is a pic of the last 24 hours with interfaces that show down, these all come back up very quickly also.
