  • I have something of the same issue. I can discover the interfaces but I can't get the correct bandwidth usage for the 10GB interfaces. We have 5 of these routers and they all have the same issue. I opened a ticket and they told me to select the custom bandwidth for the interfaces. This hasn't helped on these routers.

  • Can you run the report from the reports menu without going through the schedule manager? Just click on the report and say "view report". If it doesn't run there you have an issue with the report setup not the scheduler. I run similar reports on a monthly basis also. You have to create a schedule to run the report monthly…
  • When you manage nodes you can add a column for Polling Method. Click the >> on the right side of the bar and then look for "Polling Method" in the drop down list and add it. This will give you how they are polled.
  • I have had this issue before also. It depends on how many network nodes you are monitoring and the polling rate. We have 3 polling engines and one was maxing out on the CPU.
