I'm not sure what you mean exactly. If you are talking about getting just one alert when a branch office goes down, this can be accomplished with dependancies. For example, you can set up a group of nodes at the branch and make them depenent on the WAN interface of the router.

You can set up the important nodes in a service group and reference this group in your alert.

The types of service graph is showing up for this link, but I have a problem. CS0 is showing traffic which should be tagged as CS4 or AF41. Does this data come from the traffic as it is exiting the interface or as it enters the interface? The reason why I ask is that I tag traffic going out to a certain IP address as AF41,…
