which products are you using to create the exec dashboards... we are looking at creating custom dashboards as well, and just threw out the EOC as a viable option.

Only time I've ever had something like this happen was when the GUI was using an APE for polling, and that device wasn't on an ACL.

jacob, Did you ever get a fix for this? Our org is currently running into this same issue... most of the time it is with users with a namespace like "user123.213"... I am not certain if the ".213" is the issue or not..
