That does cause the database to sync time to reset. What causes this so I do not have to keep restarting this service? If I have to keep restarting the service at the end of the that's all right for now, just want to figure out the root cause.

The Orion server and SQL database are in the same time zone and with the same time set. Another interesting thing to note is after the servers were restarted this week last database sync changed the to after the time of the restart. So it seems as though the sync after a restart.
