Yes that's a valid account. If you're looking at the columns you should see it's not able to log in. (Just tested on a clean install).

Some of them may be "deleted", in that they are marked as deleted, but retained because there are activity logs related to them. When you look at the result set, is there a deleted column? If so, retry your query with the deleted flag column = 1 and you should get the correct number. Let me verify that.

I had that same problem too until I applied 8.5.1 SP2. It doesn't seem to work in earlier versions. It uses the new resource catalog, and that may have something to do with it.
