  • Any other ideas? I am in a hurry. Every day when the maintenance plan starts running the Transaction Log gets full and everything goes down. I run Maintenance plans that we have configured in the SQL 2005. Is it secure to run the Database Maintenance that Solarwinds offers?

  • Hi!! First of all, thank you very much for you help, The tables that are taking most of the space are: dbo.TrapVarbinds and dbo.Trap. Maybe shutting down the Trap service? We are not currently using it. Anyway, I have no way of changing the days stored from 365 to another number in a 9.1 Solarwinds? Regards, Pablo

  • Hi byrona. I have bought another server for Solarwinds and im gonna keep the actual one with the database. For so, How do I make Solarwinds connect the SQL Server? Until now I did it in local, but now I need to get the info from lan. Solarwinds Database Manager perhaps? Thanks for help, Pablo

  • Dear njoylif, I have beeing poking around but have not been able to find where to chage that configuration. I can see that 365 days are stored in the Detabase detail page, but cannot find the configuration one. Any ideas? Pablo

  • Hi all, Thank you very much for your help. I have set the maximun memory for the database in 3GB. I hope it starts working better and does not restart again. Anyway, I may buy a new server and move Solarwinds to it. And give the 4GB server entirely to the Database. I have seen that you have told me that you have a 32GB…

  • IS that what you want me to show you? The disk reached 90% at 10:07. Yesterday it triggered the alert 2 minutes after every time I tried, Today 12 min.

  • Dear Andy, Thank you very much for your fast support. We´ve been investigating the problem for some days and we´ve finaly found out it is a line problem. The line coneccting the client was bussy because of internet downloads of some of their employees... Thanks you very much once more. Regards, Pablo

  • I am sorry but I do not understand. As I make the disk get over 90% the alerta trigger. It does not wait 15 minutes, it does it immediately.
