When it says that it is free, is it based on the license you have? We have an unlimited NPM license but we do not use SAM. How many sensors would be able to deploy? Obviously there is a hardware limitation for the number of sensors on the server.

We have realtime detection enabled as recommended by Solarwinds (via syslog). When the alert is generated, the alert contains the before and after snapshot of the configuration. The first line of each configuration contains the line !Last configuration change at HH:MM:SS <timezone> <dayof week> MON DD YYYY by <username>.

I had this issue with 2019.4 and I had to reinstall the SolarWinds Administrative Service. I haven't had this issue with the latest release. There is a delay of about 10 seconds before the information appears for me.

Thanks for the quick reply. We don't use the discovery functionality but I have meant to look into it. I was aware that I can expand the node from the Manage Node view and click through them. I would have preferred to select them in bulk or if there was a SQL query I could run to delete those interfaces.

Sorry, I should have closed this out earlier. The issue was what superfly mentioned. Once I discovered that the syslog message was "Configured from vty" rather than the console message, it started working.

I am in the process of a trial of NTM. When a map gets exported to Network Atlas and then placed into NPM, are the links between nodes interactive like they are when you view them NTM? Or is the map a static page like a screenshot?

I had used groups before at a previous job, but what I didn't like about that was you lose the visibility of when a user last logged in. 

Is there an additional poller download for VNQM? I downloaded the rolled up one and I got a warning that I need to download the VNQM poller separately and I don't have that available, only the primary poller download.

Hi Adatole, I think this fixed the problem. I changed the job from Task Scheduler to use NT Authority\System instead of using the AD account we had been using, and the report was sent. I am going to test another job and see what I get.
