What we have done to show SCCM Reports in our NOC view is create a view with custom HTML inline frame, then embed that URL. Works great. Code for my HTML inline frame: <iframe src="http://MachinesNotrebootedDashboard" width="4750" height="700" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

Run the Active Diagnostics tool on your main polling engine and look for Database connection latency issue. We had the same problem and found that having the Solar DB on a shared SQL host was a terrible decision. Once we migrated it was fast and everyone was shocked and happy.
