Is the IIS template properly configured with WInRM? Did you open that IIS link and choose Edit and click configure? What happens when you drill down and choose edit on one of these links? Authentication test? Does your Windows credential account assigned to the Node have proper access?

You can't. The template is locked up and yes, it is worthless which is why you create a Basic SQL services template and go with that. The SQL AppInsight WMI counters are noise machines. My DBAs need real alerts, not canned WMI noise with no legitimacy.

SCOM does certificate monitoring beautifully. It automatically discovers all certs and allows overrides as needed. Which is why we use SCOM along with SolarWinds as a critical gap filler.
