Thanks for the post. One more question about multiple output: is it possible to hide N/A strings?

Same issue with PS 5.1.17763.1490. No solving yet guys?
-
Hello. Any ideas?

:( same issue (but login/logout events are not audited either). Unfortunately, package repair is the only option SW tech support can suggest. We performed the same "solution" a week ago (solving another bug). Instead of fixing codebase, they make customers repair SW every time any bug showed up...
1. Do you want to (a) Add all discovered nodes as ICMP Only or (b) Discover nodes which do not respond to the SNMP or WMI credentials provided in discovery profile?
(a)…

Yep, you are right, component-based alerts would let me use component variables, that's clear. But I'd like to use components variables with Application-based alerts. This would be very handy in some cases.
-
Well #2 is solved too now: was required to resave the alert

Shame on me guys, I was so clumsy, of course table names must be without those square brackets. Fixed: SELECT ISNULL(( SELECT cast(cast(n.Caption as nvarchar(max)) + '' as XML), cast(cast(ccs.ApplicationID as nvarchar(max)) + '' as XML), cast(cast(a.Name as nvarchar(max)) + '' as XML), cast(cast(ccs.ComponentID as…

Yes, both installers (online and offline) contains HF2.
-
HF2 is only for 2020.2.1, not for 2020.2 Do you have 2020.2.1 ?
-
Yay, Solarwinds versioning is a untidy mess to be honest.
-
Well I can only advise you to download a full iso distribution (5,1Gb+) from here https://customerportal.solarwinds.com/downloads/ and try to perform an offline update. Don't forget for backups
-
That's it, thank you!
-
I tried with offline update, with no success. dunno about online but seems like it includes HF2
-
The same issue, could you share a solution?
-
Trying to install 2020.2.1 distribution - ESET also reports trojans

So... There is a usual powershell component which gives me a pair of data: Statistic: value and Message: value I need to gather historical Statistic: value with timestamp. I can see component historical data on the standard multiple statistic chart: But I need a table with timestamp to put it into email/alert body:…

adatole, thank you for answer, I appreciate it. I understood how Solarwinds will process user account rights - first match (the highest one) will be taken. But I'm trying to ask about something else using my limited English vocabulary :). Look. The main question I need to clear up - can I add user accounts to Solarwinds…
-
As I see, this is not what I asked about, because my question was about AD inheritance and not about the order of AD groups in Orion account manager.
-
Hope a new list will be released soon, because we still keep our machines isolated.
-
Same question
-
"2020.2.1" release is dated from August, that's true. But actually this is iso-image with integrated hot fixes. You (or your security team) can download it, unpack and see versions of packages. Btw, I just updated with this offline image:
-
As I understood, "2020.2.1" is not a "2020.2 + HF1". I mean you need a "2020.2.1" release to install HF2. 2020.2 Release date: June 4, 2020 2020.2.1 Release Date: August 25, 2020 So firstly you need an update 2020.2 -> 2020.2.1 (be careful, I have errors while updating)

The thing is.. "DSG.Solarwinds.ReadOnly" is located higher in the list but user X still login via "DSG.Solarwinds.Admins" group P.S. DSG.Solarwinds.ReadOnly has RO rights and DSG.Solarwinds.Admins has admin rights in our SWS.
-
Solved, anyway thank you for your concern.
-
Thanks! That should be included in docs imho @"tony.johnson"
-
Thanks a lot, this is very useful query. Guys, do you know where to find a description of these verbs? Couldn't find it in SDK docs. However, some of them can be guessed.
-
Sad, but probably you are right
-
not sure about the OFFLINE version -- which is what I need. Just updated with offline version - it contains HF2.
