Permissions were set Full Control for the admin user correctly. I deleted the EminentWare folder and it was recreated when I launched Patch Manager…but no change. Any further thoughts?

I use NCM and NPM on a daily basis for our organization. Specifically I utilize the "jobs" section in NPM of the CONFIG tab to schedule nightly config backups. I also utilize the "Config Change" aspect of NCM/NPM. For compliance reasons we needed to be made aware of any router/switch changes when they are happening as well…
