I agree with you Jfrazier‌ scalability is very key. Any product or tool has to be scalable to avoid being overwhelmed with usage growth.

Mole hills out of mountains indeed. Physical identification is sometimes all u need to as a form of troubleshooting. passed down information sometimes does not help especially when the reporter is a novice.

WOW, O365 with MDM is a wonderful idea and i can't wait for us to start rolling it out.

scottyplo​ its rather sad that you have not ordered your items. Many people have the same feeling. They wisj they ordered b4 the increase in points requirement. I guess you need to work harder to meet your goal.

People are scared to order what they really like and are trying hard to get more points to meet up. Though not all are after the points but more knowledge.
