I agree. It feels like the VPN pages could have a little bit more detail when it comes to each connection. It would be great if it was similar to the ASDM VPN monitoring!

No, you shouldn't need to reach to them. If you have Umbrella running in your environment, then you should reach to the engineer who supports it and ask for downloads.solarwinds.com to be whitelisted.
