This is all well and good but what about when you have multiple cards on a Switch...when you create the report they're not identified they're just listed as serial numbers os you don't know which serial number belongs to which card, module etc...

Anything further on this would love to know why you encountered that problem. Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I have NPM 11.5.3 installed on a 2012 machine and when I ping the exchange server I can see the packets in wireshark but when I test fire a mail....nothing, which suggests that the server is not generating SMTP at all?
