Well, it seems that the problem was not solved today and nobody is interested in answering my emails. I thank you for the attention. I will have to be patient to have the answer in an indefinite time.

I haven't seen any mail from certification.solarwinds.com with my results or from badgecert.com with my badge. Is the Certification team on vacation?
