Did replacing the mib database resolve the issue with these Cisco devices? We are having the same problem.

Deltona, were you ever able to get this working? Trying myself to get a better understanding (and reporting) of historical loss and availability metrics, and am having "unexpected results" similar to those you described initially. Would immensely appreciate any update/feedback you have regarding your solution(s) to this.
