Regarding changing the polling method from ICMP to SNMP and then back. I was wrong. It DID work and my clusters are now showing as up and I did not lose any of my data that SAM had collected.

I'd like to see the correct answers to the ones that I missed. It helps me to figure out how I may have misinterpreted something so that I can understand it better. It extremely difficult to learn something that you cannot understand.

Same issue here. I initially added a number of Oracle databases into SAM and the documentation I was following recommended that I add the Clusters as External. Built in. We were having some other problems that led us to so a fresh re-install SLW on a new server and since then the issue seemed to have cleared itself up in the Device Summary. I still come across this issue in my reports though. I am sure that an SQL query could refine it some but that is above my current skill set.…

I agree that there should be an easier way to schedule multiple maintenance events. For our team the issue is when we have multiple maintenance events over the weekends.
