Having moved from a different Help Desk product to WHD just now, this is the ONE thing that WHD doesn't offer over that product. All our site based techs ideally could be receiving client signatures as its the ideal proof that a job has been completed to satisfaction.

Hi Assuming its a similar problem to one I just had, but I suspect you will have sorted by now, but for the benefit of others who might hit it, you have to download the DRS from the same page as the Server download, not from the DRS download page otherwise you don't get Centralised server options.
