Thanks, this query showed me the full problem. The system I was trying to get the data for is not submitting data. Other systems using the same poller are, so this must be a system specific issue.

Thanks. I did have that checked, but while in the universal poller settings, I noticed the display option for chart was unchecked. I checked that, and now it looks like a chart is trying to be shown on the web interface, but it's blank, and says "No data for the selected time period", regardless of what time period I…
