27 minutes music on hold,, and counting I have not seen any improvement. Has anyone seen improved / reduced times to get someone on the phone ?

Completed survey earlier,, but nothing yet

Could this be expanded to any vendor ?
-
Hi, I believe this was a traditional out of the box down alert. We modified to only certain vendors. I have the condition here set to eq or gt 2. AND Is there a way to report which nodes (each one) in the message?

Looking for unused ports (down status) that havent’ been used in a timeframe. The criteria spans across device names that begin with XXX or YYY.
-
Hello Stuart, I am so much closer.. I found that if I take out the i.status <> 4 parameter.. I get all the switches I am looking for, but.. without it, I get all interfaces in an UP status.
-
I see.. Will break it down to try to find where I am not getting all devices. Is the query for any interfaces that changed 60 days or more ? Is it possible query against Last input received ? Joe
-
Thanks again Stuart, I think I have something else going on. Even if I remove the query for n.caption.. I am only getting certain devices. I’m going to see if support can assist.. Joe
-
Thanks So MUCH! That was it.. and yes.. it is confusing and silly that the first screen is not populated with those dates, and i also noticed, when you export the data, it's not there either.. I'll have to rey a custom report. Thanks Again !! Joe

Stuart ! Thank you . That's Great,,, Can I ask one more q ? I want to expand my search from just XXX to wither XXX or YYY, I've attempted it, and although I don't get any error messages, I only show the XXX devices.. This is the line I adjusted. where (Interfacelastchange < @prev60) and i.Status <> 1 and i.adminstatus <> 4…

Thanks Jiri, I checked 2 accounts, one had the privelages, one did not. I updated both to unrestricted, but no change, refresh was still greyed out. I changes the EOS auto update time from 2:15 am, to a few minutes ahead of me, and now I have "suggested dates found" but no actual dates.

The devices that are behind the loadbalancer are SNMP enabled. I can walk/discover them. However. When I connect devices, the map see's nothing between the two. Am I missing something ? Or is that not something that NTM can currently do ? J

Hi Craig, Thanks for the response.. I did see this, but I'm looking for something more like this Router0001 VLAN TAG Description Network 100 Server Vlan 1.1.1.0 /24 (or could be 1.1.1.0/255.255.255.0) 105 User Vlan 2.2.2.0/24 or 2.2.2.0/255.255.255.0)

Hello Stuart.. Thankyou so much !!! Looks good.. but I’m trying to report by nodename.. tried to change nodeid to nodename, but have something wrong..
-
I wasn't.. but just logged in as admin.. Still greyed out
-
Will this not work with SNMP on a windows device ? I scanned several devices behind the F5 w/snmp. Scanned the F5 itself. But NTM does not seem to see the relation
-
Yes.. SNMP is configured on the F5
-
HI. I have tried.. .. if I only scan the F5 itself.. it doenst show much at all. I suspect I would have to know all the devices behind it an/or have snmop or wmi access to them as well ? J

Antonis, This is exactly what I was looking for.... With a couple of adjustments, I have all I need ! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!
-
Hi Michal, How do I import this to my system. I get an exception error.. expecting element "Report from Namespace.... etc...
-
AWESOME !!!! Thank you !!!

This works great ! I am trying to exclude and cdp entried with a wild card, but having issues. I want to see all my cdp entries except my phones.. they all start with SEP... but I cant seem to get this working... Any ideas ? I tried a few variations of the following WHERE (CDP.NodeID = ${NodeID}) AND (N.IPAddress <>…

Thanks Jiri! That's close, but I dont think it's exactly what I am looking for
