Hmmm. Well, I'm not a paying customer yet. A big thing that might help me want to be one is if the trial product could show me that it can do what I need it to. Until I really see it do that, it's not such an easy commitment to make. What's a buddy drop? Is that just a fun name for 'patch'? -John

Hi Nanda, I've downloaded the free eval of version 3.9.1 and am trying to use it with Juniper EX switches running Junos 11.4, 12.1 and 12.3, and having the exact same problems. How come 'the solution is available' but it can not be shared here? -John
