I would try to recreate the alert also have you considered creating a custom property and assigning it to all those nodes instead of all the OR statements.

Here I am logged in as a SolarWinds using the built in admin account and I can see the notifications. But in the Orion demo as Guest I get what you described.

The I want to alert on is correct in your view but you need change Node to F5 Device you can also click on (Show List) and see what Nodes/ F5 devices the alert see's

Are you trying to upgrade to the latest version? If so why are you installing 11.5.2 just go to the next version. For you error try uninstalling the "Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client" and see if that helps.
