hey jickfooo... This is a bit old for me, but I think what happened was that I contacted support and was told that my service packs installations messed things up. I ended up having to uninstall then reinstall several service packs. Some were sent to me directly from solarwinds support. -neo

No, this is the same chart under "interface details" that I've always clicked...i run this report for a client every month by just taking screenshots from the Orion NPM website...I've sort of found the issue...and at least have found a workaround...can you advise me on what my next step…
