We too would like to see how much time each tech is working within a specific time frame, say, each month. Adding up the lastest notes is a time consuming manual process.

hello no sir, talking about tags, i dont see any tags for the tech note. No template listed either yet the WHD does have a template with variables and a whole table when you use a tech note and click on send
