We browse by IP but have noticed same issue while using FQDN Thanks
-
Field Formatting has solved this

When attempting to save the report am getting the following: Works but when viewing on SAM web console, its missing the month... only shows as 00/2014

Thank you Petr, infact thank you all FINALLY got what I am after!!
-
Ah you see thats where the next probelm comes in, this is the trial 30 day to test before purchase. Is there any support for people on trial?
-
Good idea and thanks again Also might I add that someone informs support on this as they were unable to help. Stated the below to my original call: If you like I can split a case off for this (we have the web console issue cleared) but the fix for the DCOM errors is on the Windows side and there isn't much we will be able…

More excellent info!!! Thanks Bronx

We would class even 30 seconds being way to long on a page load to be honest. I have disabled the HTTPS Bindings monitor as our site only goes secure on a certain page. This seems to have helped considerably but still noticed a few servers blipping with the HTTP Bindings Monitor. I hit each web server from our SAM server…

Date/time in the top right of the view not updating

Thanks for this. Shame it does not support child node status. Monitoring a large amount of servers and would of loved the function just so our service desk could quickly see the culprit within a down group

I am using my own account as I am a Domain Admin on that domain, so I narrowed that down

Wow that seems like an incredibly large timeout from the standard template alone... 60 minutes!? Then increasing to 66 minutes or am I misreading that.
-
Even if all I want is the availability of the one component within the IIS template? I don't want the total availability of that template I just want the total availability of the single component within that template.
-
Thank you Lukas that has resolved the issue. No further Event 10009 logged since that change implemented
-
Once again aLTeReGo to the rescue thanks mate!!
-
My apologies I completely misread what you said. And completely negated the word ACTIVE. Thanks again.

Ran Configuration Wizard for Website only and still no page refresh. Will open a case with support. Will also add fix to this post.
-
Basically to see if we could pull in any further monitoring for our netapp solution rather than just PING

I know that 60000 means 60 seconds. Am stating that even after doing that we are still getting alerts regarding the HTTP/HTTPS Bindings monitor. My question above refers to alterego stating changing the polling timeout from 3600 seconds (60 minutes). Surely 3600 seconds is incredibly excessive for a timeout.

Thanks aLTeReGo Just one question, I have been able to create dynamic groups for certain grouped servers as in new template called MCS and added all servers with that template. But just wondered is there a way to use dynamic groups to add all servers that say we class as BAU. Noticed you can only add one server per name of…

Thanks Stuart, is there any way to view alerts that have triggered historically from within the Alerts tab?

Hi mate, Predominately this is the main home page. When we upgraded to v6.1 we had to contact support as we were only getting a white page for the web console and was told to re run the configuration wizard for the website portion only. Will re run this again and see how it foes. Thanks Neil

Its not the availability of the server, I could do with the a total availability of the World Wide Web Publishing Service say on just one server or a bunch of servers. Basically I have 6 web servers and want to see a total of the availability for say the month of Feb 2014 for each WWW Service on each server. example:…

Thanks for this, am just a little confused. From the images below we have created a Group called TEST APP and placed all our Application Servers (Nodes) into this Group Then created a Map and just added the TEST APP group to the map. The status of TEST APP never changes even though when going into that group it will show a…

Looking good slaj... thank you.
-
I have now edited this to show as: <add key="IISBB_HttpClientTimeout" value="60000"/> Will monitor all day and report back.
-
Yes it is from the Orion Server. Using the Web Console on the Orion Server and then hitting the URL from the Site Details within the Application
-
Ok thanks for that but does that explain why it picks up the counters on servers on the same domain. As they must be the same component monitors not matter what domain they are on.
