Hi Altego, You're right. it is working now. I have changed the "Destination Point Type" to SID and "Destination Point Name" to the database name. Thanks alot!

Hi Billconti, Have you done the above workaround provided by Solarwinds support team? If yes, are you still facing the same problem? Me too upgraded our NPM to 10.3.1 and SAM to 5. and started having these problem. :/

Hi Carlo, I have it already installed, anyway i have just reinstalled it and dont see any differences. there are still missing values when i export it to xls or html. Is there anything else i need to check? Please advise. Thank you. Regards, Kumar

Hi Altergo, Thanks for you advise. Yes, we are upgrading our APM to SAM 5.2 tonight. I did try using the Oracle template to this HPUX server but I got the below error. Any idea what does that mean? We have installed Basic Lite Oracle Client in our APM server.
