Age discrimination is so real.... It took me 18 months to find another job. Lucky for me I am making double what I was. A poor state worker. If your in the IT business don't work for a state government agency. No raises and stuck. I'm loving the private sector. Should have done this many years ago.

Avoid doing too much at once rings so true. If something goes wrong you can find the mistake so much easier.
