This request is very much still valid. We like to keep a widget of operating systems as we finish our Windows 10 sunset. The dashboard widget for OS counts every computer regardless of archived or destructed, which provides an inaccurate count and is not useable. Our only option was to remove the widget.

The login page less than ideal. I want to use the portal, but my users are confused about the login page. There is nothing to signify this page is for our agency, and we get many questions regarding the validity. As a result, we no longer utilize this feature, which is a huge problem.

I too would like more information regarding the patch management. We moved to Solardwinds Service Desk this year but have been looking at competitors because of the need for patch management. Ideally, we could have it all in one place.

Never mind I figured it out. For anyone seeking the same question, I solved this by creating a custom field of Type "Attachment" and added that field to the Catalog Item.
