mfrick@fhprd.org - yes, your username is your login name. You're also correct that when you visit your profile it doesn't show your username. I can tell you your username is currently your email address. We can change that if you'd like.

Dani is correct that we are at the beginning stages of scoping out a true SSO solution for our SolarWinds properties, but the first one is to integrate and link thwack accounts to Customer Portal accounts.
