Hi Kim! No bother at all! Usually the instructions for "how to apply" are included in the zip. I don't have a DPA license in my customer portal, so I'm not sure the process on this one. Let me go add DPA to my account and see if I can walk through it so I can provide you better direction. :-)

Yes, we have a small bug where the time is being transposed. Our vendor has a fix for it, but it's lumped in with their next release, so we have to wait a little bit before we can fix it. We are hopeful it will be early Q2! So how is November looking so far

It's hard to determine why this particular post would be more susceptible to spammers than others, but I will definitely look into the pattern you've pointed out. What I can say about why these boogers may have leaked through is "human error", since we have to manually check every post from a new user with less than 3…
