I might have answered my own question…I pulled the WAN link to TEST 198 and then went to Manage Dependencies and checked the Alerts on Child and I did see the alerts. So I guess I should only see active alerts? Can anyone confirm this please? Thanks

That worked! Thanks for the tip. I was thinking I needed to have the interface details for it to display the utilization.

Any news yet on on a release for this yet?

I created a group using the single point of failure (the router) and another group that has all the nodes that depend on that router. I created a dependency with TEST 198 as the Parent and Room 519 Test AVPN as the child so when TEST 198 goes down Room 519 Test AVPN should be unreachable. When I was creating the group I…

So I copied the alert that I can see for Alerts on Child, enabled it with the check, and now I see both listed when looking at the “Alerts on Child”. Thanks for everyone’s help and suggestions

Under Orion General Settings the Node Details View is set to “by Device Type” Under NetFlow Interface Details it is set to “None”, but under Interfaces Package Settings the Interface Details View is set to Interface Details.

Have you looked at the account settings? I don't normally have any problems using Firefox but IE kicks me out.

Thanks for the alert tip.

How do i define my own alert? Would I need to create an alert?

Did you find the answer to this yet? I'm having a similar problem with group alerts.

I started by coping an alert for when a node goes down and then modified the alert time so that it doesn’t trigger on the weekend, before 7:00am or after 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This increased the number of emails. My question is: can I modify the time of day for the trigger action on our normal “node down” alert? Thanks

Has there been progress where we can run reports with charts/graphs?
