Hi Yes im experiencing the same issue after re-installing my application. Have you tried to stop all services on main and additional pollers. then bring them back up one by one? My suspicion is this is a timeout issue./

@"fast" The fix mentions to perform this on all pollers (primary and additional) Yet none of my additional pollers contain the inetpub/solarwinds folders to copy the required files to. Did you experience the same issue? If so how did you go about resolving it. We have 6 additional pollers and one primary poller. Thanks
