I just did this today and I didn't get thwack points as promised...

I NEED this. It would be great if there was an option to export it to a nice clean PDF with path history/packet loss. A screenshot will work... but it's not a nice item to present with all the buttons still present and "How to use NetPath" on the chart.

I rarely logon to SW.com, but I log into thwack regularly. I like to check-in every so often and look at the custom items the community has produced. I first started with Thwack after having and issue, using google and clicked the first link, and decided I wanted to be a member of the community.

Ray, Did you ever get this issue resolved? I'm having a similar issue and have opened a case, but have no resolution yet.

Thanks! Having these available for download (instead of me having to create them) is such a time saver!

Have you tried adding them using ICMP and waiting? I've done this and it's showed down initially and came up within 5 minutes.

I wrote a report that pulls info from a custom poller. I'll try and remember to post something more when I get into the office. I run the report monthly and it shows every device, location, serial number, and OS version.

We use NCM/NPM to monitor our enterprise and maintain backups on network appliances. I have configured RTN to email me ANY changes made to a network appliance to ensure it is properly documented and was approved. NPM is used as THE tool to view our enterprise.

I created a custom map using Atlas. Using Atlas you draw out the network how you see fit. I put all my sites into a hierarchy showing the status of the worst at each site.
