Till last month, it was showing service unavailable. now this URL is not accessible. Is there any kind of modification being done as i am able to use Smart connector.

I also received the same error in start which got fixed post applying required permission to CCO ID> you should have smart net total care subscription on CCO ID.

Hi, We encounter this issue, But in our environment , Incidents are not getting Reopened while its in resolved state. Opened case , no resolution from SW tech. Tried lots of troubleshooting steps but no luck.

Hi, I am facing one issue, We disabled internet on SolarWinds servers and since then severs rdp taking too much time to login and not able to login solarwinds console with domain account. Is this related to Root certificate policy? Right now on servers its showing disabled.

Hey Tony, License manager looks fine. As NAM now upgraded to 1 key license so that showing activated. But Events showing Netflow license in evaluation. Attached snapshot.

Thanks , i also opened Ticket with Support#00203007, but no one has accepted same since last 8 hours...Also WHD support team not confirming anything. If you are from SolarWinds support, can you look into case..
